Seymour G. Siegel is a CPA and a Principal in the Siegel Rich Division of Rothstein, Kass & Company, P.C. Rothstein, Kass is a national firm of accountants and consultants with over 500 members and offices in 7 cities.  He specializes in providing advice to business owners and family businesses including:  succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, capital introductions and strategic planning.  From 1974-1990 he was Managing Partner of Siegel Rich and Co. P.C., CPAs, which merged into a major regional firm where he was a senior partner until forming Siegel Rich Inc. in 1994, which in April 2000, became a division of Rothstein, Kass.

Mr. Siegel has served as a director and trustee of numerous civic, business and philanthropic organizations.

He is a past president of the American Friends of the Jerusalem College of Technology and is currently the treasurer and a founder of the Hampton Synagogue and the New York Synagogue.
