Kathy Timko is Chief Technology Officer and a director of IDT Telecom. She is responsible for the technical development and operations of the Company's global telecommunications networks and information systems. She oversees all network planning, engineering, operations and applications development.

Ms. Timko began her career with IDT, a multinational carrier, telephone and technology company, in 1998 as Vice President of Engineering and Operations and Chief Operating Officer of InterExchange, IDT's engineering and technology subsidiary. Since then, Ms. Timko has integrated InterExchange into the IDT mainstream and has been a leading force behind IDT's explosive growth. During Ms. Timko's tenure, IDT has expanded its points of presence in countries across the globe and has increased revenue 5 fold over the past 5 years.

Prior to joining IDT, Ms. Timko was with Call Sciences where she worked on personal number services and Bellcore where she worked on telecommunications and advanced technology systems. See Ms. Timko's acceptance speech here
